We got home tonight and went to check the mail. Payten was so excited when she got a birthday card in the mail. It was from her Great Grandma Jo and Grandpa. She carried around with her all night and read it over and over. When her Grandpa came over to see her, she was sitting at the front door waiting for him with the card in hand. You would have thought she had won the lottery. It is so sweet to see the excitement that the littlest things bring to the face of a child.
